It depends on your chain stay legnth. If you follow the link and just type in the boxes at the top what it tells you to then it'll come up with the best ratio.
I thought I read sokewhere that you could only use chaintensioners on ss. Dunno if that's true.
And the eccentric BB and hubs cost quite a bit I thought.

I did just have a go at calculating but it's lost me. Lol I'm rubbish with numbers.
I'm running 47 front and 17 rear. Anyone's help would be much appreciated. Any other things I can try?
Also what gearing would 47/16 be like?
