120mm wheels spaced to 130 will be fine provided you add the same spacers to each side.

The chainline will remain the same because it's measures from the centre of the frame.

Which is what I thought, what about the bottom bracket chainline on the nature boy? Still 42mm? I can't find owt on their website or elsewhere.

Chainline doesnt depend on the frame, except when the chainstay limits how narrow you can go, and that depends on the crank design too.

Well they have 68mm BB shells so chainline is whatever your chainset and hubs agree on.
