Any recommendations for a fixed gear disc brake frame, without cyclocross geo? They must exist...

I highly doubt you'll find an OTP track frame with disc tabs.

You could just put a road disc fork on a track frame, even if you managed to find a suitable frame I think only surly make hubs that'd fit both a lockring and disc.
