  • Definitely.

The battery pack is made up of 4 x AA sized cells. Can't remember the capacity etc from when I bought it but lasts a good wee while and spare are available super cheap.

The wiring came unattached from the battery pack but it was an easy job to resolder it and was probably more to do me mistreating it than any manufacturing deficiency.
Just survived numerous thorough drenchings too.

  • 3 modes plus flashing.

Lowest mode more than ample for unlit urban streets, yet to test it offroad.

Hard to tell how much I get out of battery as my commute isn't long enough to run it down in one go, using a variety of settings, possibly around 3 hours? Dunno if that'd reduce or increase for solid use. If left connected to battery it runs 3 leds on back of unit and drains the battery.
