Rather have the 5 litre Strosek. Maybe because my old man had a 5 series. Does not excite. Pratical doe.

Of the two I'd say 5 series as I liked mine. 5 series tyres are cheaper ;)

Tempted to do a 928 sort of guide. Can be had for cheap, but cambelts are really expensive as it is a big job the whole of the front end has to come off.

I'm looking for some advice, I've just bought an old Ford Galaxy, seemed perfect for use by a touring band. The main problem with it is that the boot doesn't lock, any ideas what could be causing it? I'm not the most mechanically minded person but suggestions of simple things to check before I pay someone to sort it out would be appreciated!

Doesn't lock remotely, doesn't lock with CL triggered by the driver's door, or doesn't lock when you use a key on that particular lock?
