gramsYes but not full carbon and also not designed for ext headset on 1 1/8¨headtube. I would like something sub 450g that takes 28c tyres on a Velocity A23 rim. Eyelets for fenders not a must. Somebody's has got to know if you can fit 28c on Minimal forks??
"The fork is light and strong. Looks good on standard sized steel frame tubes. The fork length is pretty close to what steel frames typically use so the bike geometry remains good. I found that 28mm Hutchinson Sector Tubeless tires mounted on wide rims will fit on this fork. The same wouldn't fit on a Woundup fork. This fork is much nicer than Ritchey's offering. I'd recommend it."

Deda Black Rain is another (cheap) option. Can definitely fit 28mm tyres in them.
