From the tech doc it looks like the seal rings are removable.
Anyhoo personally I'd try cleaning the internals with spray in cleaner until they wiped clean, then wipe dry, leave to dry, then re-pack with grease with a syringe + Phils. I'd suggest brake cleaner but I don't know if that would affect the seals which I assume are some kind of plastic / rubber?
