I haven't used cleat wedges ( mostly due to them being a bit crap with mtb style spds ), but have had some success with these ITS Heel Wedges
I had previously tried specialized in-shoe wedges, but they caused my toes to go numb.
Steve Hogg has some interesting things to say about shoe wedges.
I have a persistent issue with my left foot when in an aero tuck, whereby I feel like my ankle is rolling outwards under power, putting all of my power through the outside of my foot. Happens to a lesser extent on a normal bike, but it feels like my foot wiggles under power. Is this the kind of thing that can be fixed with cleat shims?
