Thanks @Howard, changing them isn't that easy now that I have the SRM spider fitted... And I think 50/34 best supports my mountain climbing ambitions for the time being.

Ah cool they were 130bcd anyhoo. Where did you score the SRM spider and do you have the tools? Could do with borrowing the lockring tool from someone ;)

They had a 20% off spider only offer before Christmas which made it a good deal. Sent off the cranks/chainring to have it fitted/calibrated by SRM, so don't have the lockring tool unfortunately.
