Well not really: here the seatpost is at least closer to the centre of the entry to the seat tube.

what are you looking at? the point you made re post/stem diameter is shown as probably nonsensical given the post/stem diameter ratio of the above black pista

Even in that picture the stem and post widths are much closer when compared to the image of the colnago.
