Thanks for the comments. I got the cougar off retro bike. It did come with a rear spacing of 110 mm instead of 10 mm. Got that sorted by a local legend. The bike is gorgeous amazing to ride, just need some nice dry winter days.
Had questions about splitting would like to sell as a whole for now thanks Jon
