I know also it was a while ago too, but I managed to get some super cheap Endura Thermolite Tight without pads for less than half price from my shop due to the low number of female cyclists in Walton.
Bought like 3, and gave them to two of my other friends, all three of them rated them extremely highly and end up wearing them like legging in winter time.

Do anyone have any ideas of where to get a Roubaix winter tight without the padding to go over the normal one?
Can't find any for women with the exception of Rapha.
