No. It can't even be used without a Licence. If you have a provisional licence, you need to pass CBT before riding a moped (which is what a Mobylette is, legally) on the road. If you have had a full car licence since the last millennium, you can ride a moped without taking any other tests.
does anyone know what the law is for old petrol bikes with pedals? Is there a power rating or cc below which you don't need a license like a <25kw electric thing?
