i stopped a few weeks back as i saw the yellowjackets doing free bike marking on my commute.
Let someone go first whilst i removed gloves and found a tissue..
Officer flipped the bike over onto pavement on bars and saddle.
Blew my nose, replaced gloves, glanced long at my watch (no deadline), chevronnd out of there.
