Analog film photography and cameras

Developed a roll of Fujifilm Superia 400 in ASDA today, Dev+Scan for £3?? Although despite the awesome price I feel the scan quality isn't great compared to the two places I've used previously (Metro and a local family one in Dunstable)

Anyway, remember this?

Went out for about half hour, took a couple of shots and whilst setting up the camera for one a pair of very angry dogs (staff and germen shepherd type one) ran over a little dirt mound to my right and headed straight for me.
Also learnt the hard way that I need some separate light meter when shooting in low light.

Also the cable shutter release I bought for my SP 500 doesn't seem to work/fit/maybe i've set it up wrong -.-

Turns out my Pentax SP 500 is slightly broken, cable shutter releases don't work. Might have to have a fiddle in the future.
