Hi Mike /fixedgearfrenzy - neither your sales delivery nor customer service seem to have improved. I foolishly ordered a pair of wheels from your website (didn't see the thread here till after). Three weeks later no wheels (your website says dispatch within 5 days max), repeatedly emailed you for days to no reply (your website states within 24 hrs), and have messaged you on here - guess what also no reply. Could you be the most unreliable/ poorest bike shop in the UK - sounds like a job for watchdog?
