I don't get your question, but I imagine a Sunni would have a different understanding of Sharia Law than a Shia? Same would go for the Hadith I would imagine.
you were saying political dogma can be used to inspire a particular act in the name of a religion but you cannot blame the religion for that in particular . yet islam covers all walks of life including politics finance and law ?
