Well there are only 2 sizes they offer - Large/Extra Large and Small/Medium.
I figured that as I have a 'normal' sized head, and I'm a bloke, I'd just go for Large/Extra Large. Seems to fit fine, and the label inside just says 'L'. If you've got a small head, you are of the fairer sex, or your avatar is a selfie, then go for a Small/Medium.
The helmet I wear is a 'medium', with adjustment from 54-61cm head circumference.
