I've forgotten about this thread.....the paris has taken a bit of a back seat for now.....stripping the hand painted bits back to reveal the original paint is very laborious.....
I've discovered the original downtube decals though, and it's conclusively a Tour de France......I'm still torn on whether to rub back, seal then build, or to go full on resto. As its a bit small for me, I think the cheap,time consuming option will win!
