Hi bradsearcher, any specific preferences? - track / conversion / risers / drops / mudguards / steel / ally / hybrid / 650b / fast / slow / older / newish / not fussy just a bicycle please?

I have something cheap 4130 steel beater 700c ss hack tensioner, but it needs a new rear wheel - looking for a project? EDIT - Oh, and its a hybrid.. steel handlebars, seatpost, rack. solidity number one.
