I'm not sure if you're asking about my frame or not but yes Rupert Bates personally hand painted the pin striping, brand, lugs and name.
Lost art of cycling. ...These days you just get a decal.

That lost art is not lost. The frame builder in Ohio who saved a Carlton Flyer for me paints and pinstripes just as badly as any of the old masters.
I'm not complaining though, makes it look bespoke.
