I'm selling this lovely Campagnolo groupset. It's a mix of mostly record and chorus.
It consists of:
I am splitting the groupset. Prices are excluding shipping costs.
SOLD C-Record Crankset (1991 - 1994): 175 mm with 53/39 chainring
Withdraw C-Record or Chorus headset (1991)
SOLD C-Record seatpost (1991 - 1994): 27.2 mm = 3530 pounds
SOLD 2nd generation C-Record shifting brake levers (1993)
The groupset is in a stunning condition. All the pictures do the justice, as I also pictured the worst spots. The groupset is from the early 90's. Just a few years before Campagnolo was putting it's group name on the parts. It's a mix of different Campagnolo groups, but it fits perfectly together.
The crankset is in a very good condition. The right cranks has some very minor scratches (see pictures) and the left has one (little) bad spot.
The headset is in an good/OK condition. You can see in the pictures of the pitting in the races and cones. It still functions well.
The seatpost is in worse condition, the scratches are clearly visible. It should be given a good polish, and it will shine again.
The shifting brake levers are in a very good condition. Even the profile in the hoods is still good on it! Also the brakes, rear mech and front mech are in a very nice condition. The rear mech has a tiny mark, and the brakes have very minor scratches. The brakeshoes have very much life left!
The bottom bracket is running very nice and smooth. I don't know from which group the BB came.
The pedals aren't showing much wear either. Also still in a very good conditon. Just some scratches.
The wheels are also in a very good condition. The front and rear hub are running very smooth with no play. The rear hub is making some clicking nois, but that isn't caused by wear. I think it will be solvable, when hub is taking apart. The hubs show some oxidation on the outside (see pictures). I don't know if this could be polished out. The wheels are straight, and the rims haven't seen much braking. The tyres on the rim have to be replaced.
Prices are excluding shipping costs and excluding paypal fee.
