Hmmm not really - the arms pull an axle that rotates in a bushing and moves ball bearings around, presumably against a surface that probably requires a bit of lube. It might not be servicable tho. Spyres can get pretty crunchy if you don't blast them with brake cleaner then GT85 once in a while. With the pads out, obvs :)
theres nothing to lube on them, only thing that can really generate friction in the system is the brake cable.
