Nah, matter of fact it's a good idea to have one bigger on the rear as you got more weight there, 25/28 work well and most defintely won't fuck up the geo.
I wonder if the smaller size caad10 have a different fork? Will have to check the website to see if there's a rake difference between the bigger one and smaller one.
Any negatives of running different size tyres front and back?
