  • If it's what you are having - and you insist on riding - you need to start out with 20-30 minutes of low intensity high cadence sub 100 watts and get that shit warmed up - if you feel discomfort at the end of this warm up you should quit, take a couple of days off and retry the gentle warm-up.

  • It's been 15thousand km since my last left knee bursitis - but I had to go through physioterapist and took me 4 weeks to recover. This time it isn't bike fit related, but dunno about your agony stuff :-)

  • Don't really know. But best excuse to book a bike fit with the wonderful @scherrit. If you lucky he will tell you that the Canyon AL is the best bike for you.
