Had a play with one in a shop... The buttons and dials felt a little better and easier to use than my X100 and the focus is considerably faster. Little changes like more steps in the aperture ring are a subtle improvement. The little evf in the optical viewfinder is pretty cool but I only ever use the evf anyway...
I prefer the 35mm equiv focal length over the 28 of the Ricoh, too.
Also, the X100t has the new classic chrome film preset which is really nice.
