Strava are usually pretty helpful but they might be very busy at this time of year.
I've had a ride not recognised when I was doing Rapha Rising but it just appeared as part of the total a couple of days later.
You can either add another 65km on to your riding to get the total/roundel or you can just enjoy the feeling of achievement without it.

For some reason Strava is not recognising the 65km I did on dec 24 as part of the challenge, anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
