That's possibly the most treacherous drive I have done in England. 22o miles took 6 hoursLeeds to Leicester was 30 mph all the way, hard to tell where the lanes were, (virtually no one using the right hand lane) SUVs and artics spewing out huge amounts of sludge. Total concentration needed. Intense!

I drove down the M1 after the snow started. 30-40mph for ages and one/two lanes you could actually use. It covered up the white lines and there were points where you could barely see out of the windscreen.
I never want to do that again.
I am now worrying that ice is going to ruin my ride tomorrow :/
