The pinstripes are lower than the braking surface so hopefully should hold up

This went from being an odd and seemingly doomed to fail project, to being a perfect example of the bizarre level of the commitment and creativity so often shown on this forum. Hat tip to you, ITK!

Great job!
I'd love a custom paint job on some of my bikes but then I'd get all precious about them and we can't have any of that now can we.

Rainbow stripes for the Tri bike?

Bitch! How very dare you! I don't have a tri bike. I have an Ultra Distance TT bike. :P
Probably easier if I just get some Pride stickers for it..

The concept of this goes straight to anti, but the actual execution has a deserved place in the porn thread. Impressive work.

Would be interested to know your paint product / system. Great finish. So much better than a boring stealth OEM Crabon biek. Send it to Mr Hamilton / Mercedes F1 on twitter... He might order 1!? B-)

really amazing work. Possibly the only time you should ever use teal green cable outers!
Being a type nerd though the Petronas decal could do with a little help. (sorry) -

This was done with 2 pack car Paint all air drying so no oven required just dont rush if you fancy having a go.

Impressive work on the paint .. The bike really does look like something the team would turn out as a promotional branded product.
Only drama in the whole fantastic thing is that the pin stripes will get worn off the braking surface.
