I keep seeing a lot of SOA types around Dalston and Old Street, I don't know if people have moved on from cafe racers to custom hardtails and bobbers, but I quite like it. I know that underneath the black leather, military green bucket helmet, 50s jeans, DMs, and face mask, it's a terribly middle class professional in his mid 30s just riding to work, but that noise certainly wakes me up and puts a smile on my face.

Moved on from cafe racers, or fixies? (:
@M_V ha, well yeah, and aside from the corrosion issues, the fact that you wouldn't ever want to ride it in wet, damp or mildly moist weather, the overall impracticality of them (in spite of what some people will have you believe, my tattoo guy says he commuted on his every day for 2 years with no problems...) I would fancy one as a Sunday cruiser if I were a wealthier man, I would also have a Ducati, a BMW "cafe racer"... Something with knobbly tyres...
Like that, apart from the grillz
May be too much sons of anarchy but man I would love a hog, shame it would be so unpractical and I don't have a garage to keep one stored in.
