The only thing worth upgrading is really a wider rims, but I'd just ride them to death instead, can't beat Open Pro.
How's the braking with the ceramic? I struggle with mine with the right pads.
Braking is very good with the Swissstop Flash Pro Green pads (can be used for Ceramic - they used to make Blue ones but not anymore I think). Excellent in damp conditions too.
Ditto Swissstop greens for me with the older Open SUP Ceramics, though wet stopping can be crap, but the pads are quite old...
