Nice singlespeed steel bike - pub/commuter/around-town - 52cm

I'm moving in a few days and would like to not have to cart this to my next house. It's priced to sell !

I built this up about a year ago from a mix of decent parts and bargain-bin parts. I've enjoyed using it in London but I'm now moving to a hillier place and reluctantly leaving single-speed behind me.

Frame/forks: 52cm seat tube c-t, unknown steel, nice lugs on forks, nice peppermint green paint job, a few nicks but mostly good
Wheels: Mavic CXP 22 rims on no-name hubs, flip-flop rear 16T freewheel and 16T fixed cog
Tyres: Schwalbe Marathon puncture and bomb-proof
Crankset & BB: Shimano Alfine single-speed 45T chainring
Saddle: Madison Flux
Brakes: Shimano Tiagra levers / vintage Shimano 105 calipers

Mudguard clearance is pretty slim. You might just get something slim on it. No mudguard eyelets though.
