I'm still suffering with the itb, and I'm only doing about 6 hours a week atm. It's a thousand times better since using the foam roller (I can go down stairs without swinging off the banister) and I'm trying to stretch it 3 times a day, reckon it should be 100% in 3-4 weeks time.
must be down to my cleat position (road shoes) absolutely cannot afford a fit though..
