here's my tuppenth:
the bottom bracket shows external routes for both front and rear mech cables going under it, so traditional 1 cable per side running down the sides of the main down tube.
assorted holes by headtube are not let in at an angle to allow full length cable sleeving to enter, so are likely to be pop rivet type fixing holes for attaching external routing bosses.
the flat plate behind the set tube is likley to be for attaching the end of a mudguard.
you can get band-on and pop-in pastic type cable guides from sjs.

@rive_gauche I ordered one of these and a top pull mech. Should be able to run it enclosed along the middle with all the other cables and then down that hole in the last pic before cable stop and then mech.
Cable ties everywhere too.

All done, cable ties to middle tubes and then cable stop just above mech. All the 3 cables to the back of the bike are together so looks neat(ish).

Is that a singlespeed chain on a geared bike or am I missing something here?
I'm almost done building up the gfs mixte but just need to cable up her gears. I was told when I got it from here that it had internal cables before but they all got ripped out and binned early on in an unfinished fixie project. I can see various holes but can't work out full routes or feel I'm missing bits.
The rear I think I can run fully enclosed and just cabletie to the frames middletube all the way along so like this.
The front it looks like I'm going to need to figure out the cable holes.
Headtube end by tyre holes. I figure from the square mark by the hole that a square cable guide was over it then it ran exposed to the bb and front mech?
Underside of bb.
Holes by the back wheel on middle stays/seat tube.
