took a week off the bike and knee was loads better, cycled 15 miles or so over a couple of days and can start to feel pain again.
Whats odd is that I can feel the pain start even though I am on my fixed gear with straps and not limited in position so much as my road bike with cleats.
Basically if I sit on a chair and then twist my right leg down towards the floor I get a fairly sharp pain on the inside of my knee, quite hard to locate.
Like I said - its not a sharp pain all the time or even terribly bad but the more I cycle the more it seems to aggravate it
