Have you played the HD versions? I thought 3 looked pretty okay at that point (but that probably says as much about my recent videogames experience #10yearslate)
Not sure it would be possible to spruce up 2 / Peace Walker much without totally re-building them, due to the platforms they were originally created for?

I'd say 2, 3 and Peace Walker could all do with a bit of a facelift without ruining the look.
