tl:Dr of this thread is, if you are after a starter bike to get into cycling then foffa is one of many similar, standard options. While a bit overpriced, they look ok and would be a decent way to get into cycling if you don't know anything about bikes. If you want a de Rosa, then this isn't the brand for you
So you're saying they're overpriced compared with equivalent bikes, but you'd rather let someone who doesn't know any better get blindly ripped off, rather than making it clear a Foffa is not a good deal?
Slightly overpriced but then so is tons of entry level stuff. it was worth paying for the people I know who have bought foffas as they got a lot of joy out of them. It's a decent entry level brand that doesn't deserve this opprobrium.
