You know this thread has actually contributed significant impact to the detriment of his business, his livelihood for his family...
...His business is a success ...
... we're not that important.I don't think I could have said it better myself.
If Danni had replied to the opening of this thread with a scoffing remark about how in 5 years time he would be selling range of bikes via a variety of well respected online retailers people would have split their sides laughing.
Yet, despite this thread, here he is doing it.
What can this man do to get a break? You know this thread has actually contributed significant impact to the detriment of his business, his livelihood for his family. I have had countless pleading emails for me to help in any way I can because I started this thread.
What business hasn't made mistakes when first starting up?
Hasn't he done enough to turn it around and be cut some slack? From putting together conversions (badly) in his flat, to getting a shop front and stocking in various outlets. His business is a success and whilst the thousands of 'bike experts' on here wouldn't buy or ride them, we are not his target audience and actually, we're not that important. There is a market for 'entry level' bikes and if it gets some people in to cycling, then it's good thing. He has done some things wrong, but that's life.
No one deserves to have their livelihood damaged and their every move dissected with such intensity by bored people on the internet to this extent. You know this thread was started 5 years ago? Five years for god's sake.
Moving away from London and this forum has made me realise that there's a big world out there and the level of self-importance projected from behind a keyboard on this forum is actually pitiful.
Why not get off the band wagon, stop being so bitter and angry and do something better with your time? Really shameful. #unsubscribes
