Black tape, get rid of the red on the wheels (or change it for something more complimentary to the pink)...

I don't have a problem with pink bikes per se! Just matchy bar tape rarely looks good (IMO)
Agreed on the pink pantherello, that thing is hardbody

So true: complement or contrast; never matchy-matchy.

looks like super record with short fluting, the seat post tube on the frame looks like its been built to accommodate the post to the tube and stay
a random guess would be seat tube is max steel -
• #90219
Yeah, I guess the pedals are/were just a temporary thing to match the rest. (Graphite Deltas: awesome Welles.)

All three of them? I guess the split seat tube could be two max chainstays. The downtube looks like it has been used the wrong way round, should be ovalised vertically at the headtube, horizontally at the BB, in accordance with the direction of the load, no?

For this thread, I suppose so, but for riding through a town, double sided, easy to locate pedals ftw. I actually prefer seeing bikes that have some evidence of use.

a misinterpretation on your behalf?
i only see one tube in the seat tube region ,which is what i was talking about, i made no comment regarding stays ,dt or tt -

The other one is hiding. Three seat tubes in total, none of them MAX. Or does it stop being called the seat tube at the point where it splits?
Regarding stays, I only mentioned chainstays as speculation as to what was used to build the split seat tube. Maybe they were custom drawn. Someone around here must know better than me. They usually do.
