Could be;
- the pads is so worn out that the auto align does not work.
- rotor slighty warped.
- calipers not lined up to the rotor properly.

Nope, wheel wasn't spinning so it was definitely one of the pads hitting the disc earlier than the other
calipers not lined up to the rotor properly.
Possible. I didn't build it, I just threw it together. Not sure how to check.
I reckon first thing is to pull the wheel and check the pads.

It could be that. It does look like the pads touch the disc unevenly.
