• It sounds like they need a bleed or need to be 'mobilised'.

    It could be that. It does look like the pads touch the disc unevenly.

  • Could be;

    • the pads is so worn out that the auto align does not work.
    • rotor slighty warped.
    • calipers not lined up to the rotor properly.

    Nope, wheel wasn't spinning so it was definitely one of the pads hitting the disc earlier than the other

    Possible. I didn't build it, I just threw it together. Not sure how to check.

    I reckon first thing is to pull the wheel and check the pads.
