Not buying new anything except pads, maybe.

Seriously, buying Shimano is much easier than getting an old brakes serviced with new pads.

When you buy a new hydraulic brakeset, they already come pre-bleed, so you don't need to flaff about, just put it on.

If I wanted easy, I wouldn't have bought a used singlespeed now would I?
