I still haven't got bored of emergency stopping every time I need to slow down to a dead stop. Every time I push the limit on waiting longer. And with one finger I can endo seated, without even using much of the stopping power. Coming down a 20% grad. today in the wet, no issue, one finger is enough.
For me the awesome thing about hydraulic is automatic pad adjustment. That was the biggest bane for me. Always fucking adjusting and always having run. Honestly, I'll now take this for granted. Pads should auto adjust as they wear. I couldn't go back to non hydraulic now.
HY/RD will be better, but i'm saying, if you're going to spend some money, see if you can get hydraulic. I guess as you're 10sp and it'll be more. I didn't really think about that factor.
