When's the last time you emailed them? I think it's becoming Pelizzoli thing to ignore their customers right after they paid the deposit. I almost ordered one myself last month. Emails were swiftly replied, daily for almost a week. I needed it fast because I'm leaving the country on January. They guaranteed it would be here within 8 weeks, even quicker than what they told me initially, which was 12 weeks. Sounds too good to be true. Then I read this forum and decided not to order one as it's too risky.
So I emailed them again this morning, pretending that I wanted to go ahead with my purchase and ready to pay the deposit, just to check whether they're ignoring other emails on purpose. And you know what, they replied my email 10 mins later, saying to make the deposit now and also confirmed I can get the frame 2 months later. I also asked them why I can get it within 2 months while others who ordered from May/June still haven't received their frames up until now. No reply after that email. Very suspicious!
Now have you emailed them personally rather than going on their Facebook page?
Hi! Are there any news? I am afraid that they are not in buisiness any more? On facebook there are a few people posting the same problems with pelizzoli. Thanks for your news!
