Got in on the bike again and though the worst of the cold/s appears, over my mojo is well and truly lost. Do they still do those sort of private sanatorium places where you can get sat in a chair on a terrace with a blanket over your knees, avoiding 'nervous excitement' and being served some kind of nourishing broth? I could do with a week in one of those
