One lense gone, but the bag is back

I don't know anything, but my wife wants a portrait lens for her nikon Dsomething. Do you have anything suitable?

Depends on her exact wishes, but traditionally portrait lenses are fast fixed length 'prime' lenses. The 50mm f1.8 would fall into that category. What camera does she have?

Overseas isnt a problem if you can stump up for postage.

Only real question: is it good for bike photography? ;)

For bike photography you want the 16-85 I'd say it'll be more to post though.

I posted a pot of hummus to norway the other day, which i'd say was about the same weight as a 50mm. Cost me £12 recorded.
