They're sold out AFAIK, quite popular.

@lucyh considering the beater, you can get away with full SKS Chromoplastic/Longboard with p-clip.

thanks dudes. bottom of the seatstay tubing is quite narrow, c.15/16mm, can i get away with using 19mm p clips and attaching further up if need be?

You should be able to, if your Fuji Track doesn't have a chainstay bridge (can't remember for the life of me), you can those light/reflector mount and make a quick adaptor;
