I'm addicted to all the various gold mining shows on Discovery channel. Ice Cold Gold, Gold Miners Under the Ice, whatever the hell they're called.
Also, Fast 'n' Loud, though this should perhaps be in the Confessions thread rather than TV.
Some Girls is pretty funny. The 'kiwi' teacher is the best (the woman from Doll & Em - http://www.sky.com/tv/show/doll-and-em though I've not seen this).
