Wanted: Brake Levers - Drop + Cross-Top

I'd like to replace the drop + suicide levers on my '85 pug with separate drop and cross-top levers.

Drops' diameter is roughly 24mm (roughly because I use an adjustable wrench, not calliper)

Anyone have anything nice that pulls cables?
