agree parts r not the best but that's why it is affordable. if you wanted a merckx pista frame do you know you'd have to fork out £1272.

^That £1300 one is quite nice with the chrome intact, unlike the ebay one, which incidentally is located in Bulgaria (for another £50).

I'd be more than happy to sell my Merckx Pista frame or for that matter, the whole bike cheaper than that ebay ad - admittedly contemporary alu frame, not steel ;)

I suggested to the seller that this looks fucked, if downtube clearance is anything to go by. They opted to tell me that it's just the trail.

I'm interested in how the seller's "no returns accepted" and eBay's "Money Back Guarantee" work in unison together ???? Anyone had experience of this as I'm about to have to fight for a refund on some wheels that were not described properly.

It only works if you paid through Paypal. If not eBay won't touch it. If you did, then, its a relatively simple process. Just be factual, and take photos if possible.

Even easier if you used Buy It Now, as you have a 14 day refund entitlement.

But yeah as long as you paid PayPal then do this ^.

... beyond what you are legally entitled to, or as provided for by eBay/Paypal.

Some retailers will let you return goods just because you've changed your mind etc.
