I don't need a custom frame - the problem with my back is resolving; its a flexibility / core issue at it's centre, not an unsolvable issue that requires going custom.
The SuperSix is basically the frame I need - fits perfectly and has enough spacer stack at present to accommodate my increasing flexibility. The problem at present is getting it rideable / replaced.
